It’s the first step towards admitting this ‘dark side’ of us, or a side of us we don’t necessarily like. I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be like that. It doesn’t have to be this overwhelming, all-consuming, anxiety-driven thing.

It’s hard to do that on our own. Sometimes our environment or the people around us are biased or judgmental. I’m not here to give you advice. I’m more of a space to inspire you to be who you truly are to understand yourself better. My method? I listen and ask questions out of curiosity. Doing this has allowed people to develop their solutions and begin to dismantle irrational beliefs they created through society’s pressures.
