Sometimes, it’s not your body that’s tired.
It’s your heart, your mind, your nervous system.
It’s emotional burnout.💥
And it doesn’t always look dramatic.👀
😡Sometimes it’s snapping at someone you love
😶🌫️Avoiding texts because you don’t have the energy to reply
🫥Going through the motions, but nothing 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘴 like anything
I see this often with high-achieving women—especially after a breakup💔
They hold it together so well, even when they’re breaking inside 🥀
But burnout isn’t a badge of honor.
It’s a signal 🛑
And it’s okay to listen.
